Dr. Pattison is a chiropractor, professional public speaker and fitness instructor with a passion for the core. A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he has been in private practice for 13 years. He has a special interest in the treatment and prevention of low back injury through core strength. Doug has been teaching core strength and Swiss ball classes in community settings for 10 years. Dr. Doug is a volunteer instructor at the Northwest YMCA in Regina and teaches core strength classes, interval Powerpacing and lecture style classes on back pain prevention, nutrition and exercise.

  • The functional anatomy of the spine.
  • Participants will learn how the core functions to stabilize the spine.
